Author Guidelines
Scope & Aims
NJPR welcomes original research articles, review papers, short communications, and letters to the editor covering all aspects of postharvest science including storage, handling, processing, and quality management of agricultural produce.
Submission Requirements
Manuscripts must be submitted in English. The manuscript file must be anonymised for double-blind peer review. Accepted formats: PDF or Microsoft Word (.docx).
Abstract & Keywords
A structured abstract of no more than 300 words is required, covering: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Provide 5–8 relevant keywords, comma-separated.
References
Use the APA 7th edition reference style. All cited references must be listed.
Figures & Tables
Figures must be provided at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Tables should be self-explanatory with clear titles.
Ethical Standards
Authors must confirm that the work is original, not under consideration elsewhere, and has received all necessary ethical approvals.
Review Process
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. Average time to first decision is 14 days.
